Someone had reported her to the Lindens just to grieff. I must say that is a bad way to live your Second Life. Maybe they did it just cause she was a child AVATAR. This also means that everyone is a victom. Think about it, if you were just enjoying your SL time and all of a sudden, for no reason, you get booted.
